The Black College Homecoming (BCHC) #YesItIsOurCulture
In 2020 an HBCU/Black College tradition was brought to a halt. The worldwide health pandemic rendered it impossible to create alumni, student, faculty and supporters engagement events. No Homecoming. The Black College Homecoming initiative produced on Facebook and Instagram introduced videos, photos and memories from the archives of the Homecoming experience and provided a unique engagement opportunity for HBCU engagement. From Cheyney University (African Institute) through University of the Virgin Islands (College of the Virgin Islands) all of the excitement, color and traditions were displayed school by school for 90 consecutive days.

The Black College Alumni (BCA) #blackcollegealumni #undeniablespaces
Black College Alumni can be found in all spaces. Through our investigation we located Athletes, Chemist, Engineers, Educators, Entertainers, Judges, Scientists and a Vice President of the most powerful country in the free world. These well accomplished professionals were part of a select group that were denied access to higher education and found the proverbial “Glass Ceiling” inhibiting their ascent.
