Bridging Structural Holes (BSH) was founded in 2020 with the intention of connecting marginalized groups with the Opportunity, Access and Resources to help them live better lives. Think about the holes, gaps or divisions that separate our communities and the people that get left behind. Creating better life outcomes can be as simple as exposing groups that have been separated due to systemic, structural and strategic holes to reachable options. Bridging Structural Holes aims to create programs, initiatives and experiences that provide a platform for communities, educators, students and brands to meet at the intersection of change.
Urban, Inner City communities all suffer from similar conditions. High Unemployment, Low Math and Reading Scores, Lack of Exposure and Extensive Wealth Gaps. Our (BSH) purpose is not to retrace the source of their creations. Through relationships with our strategic partners, Bridiging Structural Holes intends to create the foundational and structural components that will allow groups to traverse on a higher trajectory of achievement. This belief is an undeniable aspect of the core that inspires our Board, Partners and Affinity groups that are interwoven into the fabric of our existence.

It’s amazing how we started this incredible story during the Covid-19 pandemic. We had this insane idea to create a vitally needed engagement platform to bridge the Historically Black College and University community. We did and it turned into a highly acclaimed, award-winning photograph and documentary. Crazy!?
Creating projects, programs, initiatives, experiences and insane content are the life blood of the connection we make with the community. It’s not accomplished in a vacuum.
