When organizations encourage employees to volunteer it enables their brands to make deeper connections with the community. Projects, Initiatives and Experiences created by Bridging Structural Holes become platforms that allow corporate brands to amplify their voices and become part of the cultural experience that unifies and uplifts the community. Many of our volunteers come from the community.
They’re members of churches, civic, social, fraternities, sororities, and local organizations that love the experiences that we create for the community.
Our community partners, sponsors, and affinity groups support our programming in a myriad of ways. The investments are appreciated and put to use. When employees that work for the various supporters come out to elevate the experience, its uplifting for all those involved. Many of our volunteers come from affinity groups and the community.
Volunteer Spotlight
“Community is a continuous learning and evolution through service. Involvement through volunteering brings knowledge and perspective; this adds to everyone’s skill set freely. I volunteer with Bridging Structural Holes because this organization expounds on community, history and legacy with experiences and engagement.
Over the years, deep bonds and networks are being created and is a service within itself. This is why we encourage others to participate in volunteering for it brings intrinsic wealth that is a labor of love when properly constructed. We’re grateful for the exposure and knowledge that we’ve gained and hopeful for others to reap the benefits of volunteering as well.”
